OCA, Harbin2025 and Bornan sign tripartite agreement

The signing ceremony for the official partner of the 9th Asian Winter Games Harbin 2025 was held on July 5 at Harbin Hall in Shangri-La Songbei, Harbin.  

Wang Hesheng, Vice Chair and Secretary General of HAWGOC and Mayor of Harbin Municipal Government, delivered a speech. 

Song Luzeng, Vice President of the OCA and Chair of the OCA Sports Committee, replied on behalf of the OCA.

Eva Maria Cordoba, Founder and CEO of Bornan Sports Technology SA, also delivered a speech.

Municipal leaders in Harbin and representatives from HAWGOC, the OCA and Bornan attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony, Wang Tieli, Deputy Secretary General of HAWGOC and Vice Chair of the Standing Committee of Harbin Municipal People’s Congress, signed the Tripartite Agreement on behalf of HAWGOC with the OCA and Bornan .

After this signing, Bornan will provide the core information system services for the 9th Asian Winter Games, including the development of 19 systems in four categories. Bornan will also be responsible for the on-site Timing and Scoring (T&S) and Venue Results Services (VRS) for all Games sessions and some test events, as well as providing TV graphics production services. 

Bornan will provide high-standard IT services that meet the requirements of international sporting events for the 9th Asian Winter Games in February 2025 and contribute to the successful operation of the Games.
