Argentine Olympic Committee Supports representatives of the “Huella” Saint Gobain Programme

Members of the Argentine Olympic Committee (COA) Board of Directors attended a gala dinner at the French Embassy in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to support Olympic ambassadors of the “Huella” Saint Gobain programme.

COA President Mario Moccia, First Vice-President Alicia Masoni de Morea and General Secretary Víctor Sergio Groupierre attended the event alongside Olympians Paula Pareto, Cecilia Carranza and Ana Gallay, who are ambassadors of the “Huella” Saint Gobain programme.

“Huella” is a Saint Gobain Argentina programme dedicated to positively impacting communities in different regions of the country. Ambassadors of the programme assist in leading various projects in which the Saint-Gobain company assists members of the community by donating products to help them carry out the remodelling and refurbishment of infrastructures, as well as training members of the community in construction trades. The purpose of “Huella” is to generate sustainable long-term projects and build values through social collaboration.

COA President Moccia praised Saint Gobain for their commitment to helping communities and for “leading social initiatives for people who need them the most”.

“For the Argentine Olympic Committee, an entity that brings together, all the National Federations and all the athletes, being able to accompany this program is an honour and gives us great pride. We are pleased that our athletes are ambassadors of this programme that will bring many benefits to people throughout Argentina,” he emphasised.
