Key documents related to the work of the ANOC Commission can be found below. The ANOC Athletes’ Commission was established in December 2013 as part of ANOC’s ongoing process of modernisation and reform.
Since then, the Commission, under the leadership of Barbara Kendall and now current chair Karo Lelai, the Commission has met and identified innovative ways in which NOCs can best serve their athletes. One of the key elements is the Athletes’ Commission Tool Kit. This tool kit – which can be found here – will provide NOCs with all the necessary information and guidance on how to establish their own Athletes’ Commissions.
