The Second AI Workshop: A Step Forward in Integrating AI into NOCs’ Communications

The second AI workshop organized by ANOC took place on February 5, continuing the goal of supporting National Olympic Committees (NOCs) in their digital transformation. This new workshop is part of the Digital Accelerator Program and aimed to complement the first one by exploring practical use cases of AI in communications, such as prompt writing, document research, and image generation. These areas allow NOCs to increase efficiency and responsiveness in their daily activities.

Results from a pre-workshop survey revealed that many NOCs are already using AI for basic tasks such as content automation and document management. However, there is a growing interest in more advanced applications, highlighting the NOCs’ desire to engage in deeper adoption of technology.

The workshop also served as a platform for active collaboration, bringing together 120 participants from 59 NOCs and other Olympic movement organizations. They were able to share their experiences and gain inspiration from the feedback of their peers, further strengthening the spirit of collaboration and exchange of best practices.

The discussions highlighted the importance of AI not only for improving internal processes but also for optimizing content creation and public relations management for NOCs. The workshop featured practical presentations and interactive sessions, where participants explored concrete tools and integration strategies.

The third AI workshop will focus on using AI to excel in marketing and will take place on February 18. NOCs and their partners will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and discover innovative solutions to enhance their marketing strategies in the digital age.
