Streaming and OTT Platforms highlighted at the ANOC 6th Digital Accelerator Webinar
ANOC has hosted its 6th Digital Accelerator Webinar today and the topic this time was streaming and the wide opportunity this modern communication and visibility platform enables to sports organizations. As speakers Thierry Boudard, founder of SportAll, Tomás Houska head of Digital Communication at NOC CZE and Helena Rabello, head of the Brazilian Olympic Channel at NOC BRA.
SportAll is partner of ANOC in the creation and implementation of the newly launched ANOC.tv, which aims to serve as hub for NOC´s streaming channels, offering free but powerful solutions for the NOCs worldwide. Boudard presented the streaming/OTT concept, emphasizing the relevance of it in today´s communication.
Houska, on his turn, shared the brilliant CZECHIA TV case study, who was able to not only be a key platform for Olympic content consumption in his country, but also generate important revenue for the NOC. Finally Rabello present the Brazilian Olympic Channel achievements, based on a strategy to engage with National Sports Federations and International Sports Federations to show live events in order to promote Olympic sports in Brazil in a permanent way.
