ANOC Secretary General presents update to 38th OCA General Assembly

ANOC Secretary General Gunilla Lindberg presented an update on ANOC to the 45 NOCs in attendance at the 38th OCA General Assembly in Bangkok, Thailand.

Secretary General Lindberg gave an update on ANOC’s activities since last year’s ANOC General Assembly in November 2018, including the ANOC Executive Council meeting on 21 January, the appointment of the new ANOC Commissions and the NOC debriefs from the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games and Buenos Aires 2018 Youth Olympic Games.

Secretary General Lindberg was joined on stage by Chairman of the ANOC World Beach Games Coordination Commission Timothy Fok and ANOC Technical Director Haider Farman for an update on the 2019 ANOC World Beach Games.

The presentation was concluded by Secretary General Lindberg with information on the 2019 ANOC General Assembly in San Diego and the 2020 ANOC General Assembly e in Seoul.
