ANOC and the Seoul National University have partnered since 2015 which has seen over 40 students from NOCs from around the world take part in the Dream Together Master Programme.

This full scholarship graduate programme, funded by the Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) and the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation (KSPO), aims to consolidate international sports cooperation via global networking, as well as the provision of in-depth insight into the area of sport management, serving as a way of preparation for leadership positions in sport fields.

A total of 22 students were accepted for scholarships for this year’s programme which starts in late August 2024 and will see participants spend 17 months in the Republic of Korea until December 2025, followed by six months dedicated to thesis work in their home countries.

ANOC Secretary General Gunilla Lindberg said:

“We are delighted to continue our partnership with the Seoul National University. ANOC is committed to fostering opportunities for further education and training for NOCs. For nearly 10 years we have been able to provide more than 40 NOC representatives with scholarships so that they can learn from international best-practice and put it to the service of their NOC. We have no doubt that the latest four scholars will gain valuable understanding and experience from the 2024-2025 programme and be able to disseminate what they have learned to their NOCs.”
