ANOC hosts 7th Social Media Webinar featuring NOC France rebranding strategy
ANOC hosted yesterday (18th October) the 7th Social Media Webinar as part of the Digital Accelerator Program. Maïa Drider, head of social media at the French National Olympic Committee (CNOSF). Our guest speaker Maïa Drider joined the French NOC in 2019, having previously worked for a national federation. As communications project manager, she works on communication strategies around the French NOC projects but is also community manager for the French Olympic team’s social networks and various digital content.
Drider presented the strategy behind the rebranding of France Olympique and France Paralympique into Equipe de France (French Team), unifying the two brand and communities just before the Tokyo 2020 Games and also shared the plans in the road to the home Games in Paris 2024.
Today, an editorial committee composed by members of France Olympic and Paralympic Committees as well as from Paris 2024 Organizing Committee plan and activate four social media channels based also on date collected in a recent survey with users.
Representatives of around 60 National Olympic Committees attended the webinar and make questions, promoting a rich exchange of knowledge.
