ANOC conducts site visit in preparation for XXVI ANOC General Assembly

An ANOC delegation led by ANOC Secretary General Gunilla Lindberg visited Seoul to discuss preparations for the XXVI ANOC General Assembly and ANOC Awards 2022.

The delegation met with senior representatives of the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee who reported that preparations are going well and that Seoul will be ready to welcome the Olympic family on 18-21 October.

As well as hold a number of preparatory meetings, ANOC also visited the venues and accommodation that will be used for the General Assembly and ANOC Awards.

The ANOC Awards 2022 will be held on evening of 19 October and will celebrate the best athletes and NOCs from the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022.

ANOC is happy with the preparations and has no doubt that NOCs will have an excellent experience in Seoul later this year.
