NOC Video Studio Project Paris 2024 in demand on opening day

The NOC Video Studio Project Paris 2024 is officially up and running as ANOC welcomed the first of many athlete interviews on its opening day.

South African Olympic rowers Christopher Baxter, John Smith and Paige Badenhorst were the first to experience the studio as the South African Sports Confederation and Olympic Committee interviewed their athletes ahead of the Games.

The three ANOC.tv studios are open every day from 9am to 9pm until 10 August and are conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the Olympic Village.

By providing NOCs with access to studio space, free of charge, ANOC is supporting NOCs create compelling video content that they can share on their digital platforms to engage bigger audiences and raise the profile of their athletes. The videos will be created in the athletes’ mother tongue to help the NOCs connect with their fan base.
More than 50 NOCs have signed up for the inaugural project and NOCs are able to book specific times to access the studio through the online booking platform.

The project is the latest step in ANOC’s Digital Accelerator Programme as ANOC continues to identify ways it can support NOCs enhance their digital communications.

Since the programme was created in 2021, ANOC has delivered dozens of webinars and workshops dedicated to sharing best practice on digital media. At Beijing 2022, ANOC delivered its first photo project, providing NOCs with access to rights-free images of their athletes, and at Gangwon 2024 partnered with the IOC to enhance the project further. Here in Paris, ANOC is once again working with the IOC to deliver the NOC Photo Progamme Paris 2024, this time powered by Getty Images, the IOC Official Photo Agency.
