Jordan Olympic Committee President Prince Faisal welcomes new Athletes’ Committee

The President of the Jordan Olympic Committee, HRH Prince Faisal bin Al Hussein, met the new members of the NOC’s Athletes’ Committee on Wednesday, 15th February.

Also present at the meeting were Dr Sari Hamdan and Dr Khaled Al-Atiyat, Vice Presidents of the JOC.

The JOC President welcomed the new members of the Athletes’ Committee for the period 2023-2024, wishing them success in serving sports and athletes – aligned with the national strategy for Jordanian sports – and stressed the importance of the Athletes’ Committee in the JOC and its role in helping athletes during their career and post-career.

The Athletes’ Committee pledged to convey the voices of all athletes in the national teams and that it would represent them all.

The JOC Athletes’ Committee comprises of Nadine Dawani, Rima Yaqoub, Asmaa Abu Rabie, Mohammed Abu Libdeh, Karim Annab, Hussein Ashish, Billah Khair Al-Mutasim, Ahmed Abu Al-Saud, Alia Bushnaq, Dina Halasa and Aya Al-Majali.
