Spanish Olympic Committee to host II Sustainability Summit: “The Race for Agenda 2030” live on YouTube

The Spanish Olympic Committee (COE), in partnership with the Spanish Federation for Municipalities (FEMP) and Banco Santander, will host the II Sustainability Summit: “The Race for Agenda 2030 live on YouTube on 18 November.

Those wishing to watch the Summit can do so live from 10:00-13:00 CET on the following link.

The Summit aims to highlight the challenges sport faces due to climate change and also the impact sports events have on the environment. COE and its partners will present solutions to reduce and offset the carbon footprint of sport with three innovative initiatives: COE’s Seal of Sustainable Sport Organisation, COE’s Seal of Sustainable Sport Event, as well as the Spanish Olympic Forest to offset the carbon footprint.
